To ensure the quality and authenticity of the products listed on our platform, all sellers must adhere to the following requirements:

- Expiry Date Compliance: Items must not be within two months of expiration.
- All labels, designs, and prints must be clear, readable, and in English.
- Only brand-new products are allowed; thrift, pre-owned, or used items are prohibited.
2. Food and Cosmetic Products
- Nutritional facts, serving sizes, and available nutrients must be clearly labeled on food items.
- Manufacturing and expiration dates must be visible on the outer packaging.
- Valid NAFDAC or FDA registration is required for all consumables.
- Products must be sealed to prevent contamination.
3. Packaging Standards
- Products must be attractively branded and professionally packaged.
- Damaged, dented, or scratched items are not acceptable.
- Packaging must be durable and suitable for global shipping.
4. Acceptable Product Categories
- Packaged Foods: Flour, snacks, dried fish, cooking oil, spices, etc.
- Cosmetics: Shea butter, lip balms, natural oils, etc.
- Art and Craft: Handwoven baskets, decor items, etc.
- Home and Kitchen Items: Coconut bowls, chopping boards, utensils, etc.

5. Product Quality Assurance
- Products must meet marketing requirements, including engaging copy, professional photography, and videos.

- Minimum of 5 images, maximum of 9 images per product.
- First 2 images must have a white background.
- Images must accurately represent the product being sold.
2. Technical Specifications
- Dimensions: At least 1000 × 1600 pixels (up to 10,000 pixels max).
- File Type: JPEG, size not exceeding 10MB.
- The product must fill 85% of the frame.
3. Image Types
- Product-only shots (clean, white background).
- Lifestyle images showing product use.
- Dimension and size display images.
4. Restrictions
- No watermarks or confusing props.
- Images of models must be modestly dressed.
- Stock images from other websites are prohibited.
- Product Video Requirements
Videos are a powerful tool to showcase your products and boost buyer confidence. Ensure your videos meet the following standards:
1. Content Requirements
- Focus on the product's features and usage.
- Avoid unrelated promotional content.
2. Technical Specifications
- Format: MP4.
- Length: 30–60 seconds.
- Resolution: Minimum of 1280 × 720 pixels (720p).
- Aspect Ratio: 16:9.
3. Content and Quality
- Videos must be well-lit, in focus, and have clear audio.
- Accurately represent the product and avoid misleading information.
- Include product demonstrations, unique features, and packaging details.
4. Additional Guidelines
- Avoid watermarks or text overlays that obscure the product.
- Ensure all branding in the video aligns with the platform’s standards.
